1. What Data Can Be Deleted
You may request deletion of data connected to your interaction with our Messenger chatbot, including:
* Messenger conversation logs stored by our system.
* Page-scoped Messenger user ID stored by our system.
* Chatbot interaction history.
* Support request records.
* Order or service access records, where deletion is legally and operationally allowed.
Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or payment verification purposes.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request data deletion in one of the following ways:

Send a message to Chatbot nguyenduchuy.net with the following text:
“Delete my data”
Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information to confirm the correct conversation or order record.
#Option 2: Email Us
Send an email to:

Use the subject line:
“Data Deletion Request”
In your email, please include as much information as possible so we can identify your data, such as:
* Your Facebook name used to contact the Page.
* The date or approximate time you messaged the Page.
* Your order ID, if any.
* The service or feature you used, if any.
* Any additional information that helps us locate your record.
3. Verification
To protect user privacy, we may need to verify that the request is connected to the correct Messenger conversation, order, or support record before deleting data.
We will not delete data if we cannot reasonably verify the request.
4. Processing Time
After receiving a valid deletion request, we will process it within a reasonable time, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution purposes.
5. What Happens After Deletion
After deletion, your chatbot history, support logs, and related records stored in our system may no longer be available. Some features may stop working, including paid or restricted features that require an active account, order, or access record.
